How to name seats?

Is there a way to name seats? We are a board game bar and have people move around a lot, having separate tabs doesn't work either as they will print as individual tickets in the kitchen and at the bar.

Thank you for the reply, however, we already know about the tab names, we want to name seat 1 seat 2 and seat 3 individually on a single tab. is there a way to currently do that?

Oh okay, I had a feeling you probably did, only option I can think of is to add a menu item called Name with no cost to your menu somewhere, then use special request to type in the name, and add that item to every seat.
