topic Wine bars: How to find a wine by bin number in Bar & Nightclub

We expect to have around 90 wines available at our wine bar. When a server enters an order the selection goes to the bartender for fulfillment. Is there any way to include in the Toast menu item a bin location so the wine can be easily located? Preferrably to have the location appear on the order ticket.

You can add descriptions to items, but I don't think they show up on the order ticket. However, servers can select "Details" on the terminal to read more about the item. More info about this can be found below!

Add Descriptions to Menu Items

You could use the kitchen specific item name to include the location so that it only shows on the bartender ticket and not on customer receipts or the POS. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/What-Is-the-Difference-Between-Name-POS-Name-and-Kitchen-Name
