hi, I would like to suggest that if I block an item, this one can have the option of timing, that way when the cocktion time is done the item will automatically goes live again without having to go and unlock it again.

example: I run out of roasted chicken, and it will take an hour for the new batch to be ready, I can squechule this time and once its ready after an hour, it will mark it as available.
