Terminal's acting up

Has anyone else experienced their terminals acting up recently?

What's happening with ours is if a server rings in an order on a table and then send the order it prints in the kitchen or to the bar but doesn't stay on the screen. As soon as they hit send the items disappear and the serve cant see the items unless they back out, go to another table and then go back to the table they just rang the order in at. I contacted toast support and they were helpful but the problem isn't fixed and now one of our terminals isn't allowing a server to access the pay screen unless they go through the same steps for ringing in an order. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated

I was just looking at release notes for version 2.72, there is a bug fix listed that seems like it describes the issue you are having.
