I have a "VIP" Club of about 5,000 members that I have collected emails for, not phone numbers.&nbsp;</P><P>Should i send those members suggestions to add their phone number to their account (would the system even happily merge this info? )&nbsp;</P><P>Do I make loyalty a totally separate gig all together? Just have loyalty club with phone numbers - and emails for other announcements?&nbsp;</P><P>It hurts my head to think of the best way to merge all this info.
