Adding discount after the order is paid

I just started to use the Catering & Events Pro tab, I wanted to know if we could add a discount after an order is placed.

For example, I work with a few outside industry professionals and if guest gives their name for a catering, I would give them delivery free of charge.

But I would rather not enable orders to be placed without paying first.

Hey @SwitchFoodHall I believe you can, I didn't see any info explaining that you couldn't.
