Epson Sticky Label Printer putting all drinks on the same sticker

When we signed up for Toast the big thing we talked about was not having to write drinks on cups and that we could purchase the sticky label printer. However, when 2 drinks come on the same ticket both drinks print on the same sticker, meaning we still need someone to write on cups. I've read all the articles associated with the printer but can't find a solution.

Is this the case for everything on a ticket? If so you would set your kitchen settings > printed tickets and ticket screens and choose one of these options:

Hey!

We use the sticky labels as well, and we specifically use the Epson L90 printer. Have you checked the printer settings to see how it's set to print? We have ours set to print as an "item label" which then allows our drinks to print as separate sticky labels and not as 1. I hope this helps!
