Add Customer Email (just one) to Customer Existing Customer Database

I have a customer having trouble signing for our loyalty program. He called and asked that I "just enter my email in your system so I receive the coupons you send out".... this was super-simple to do using our old 3rd Party Loyalty Solution, but I can't find it anywhere in Toast. He doesn't want SMS messages... just our team to enter his email for him. Sounds like it should be simple enough... but so far it's 🙁 for our team to figure out how to do so.

What method of signup are you using? Phone or email?

Do they just want to sign up for marketing emails? Or do they want loyalty without using a phone number? If it's just email you can manually add them to your email list using a csv file or they can using your marketing sign up link, you can find it under marketing settings https://www.toasttab.com/yourrestaurantname/marketing-signup. Or replace this URL with your restaurant name
