Stay Hold Buttons

I am trying to enable the Stay Hold and Fire buttons on my POS and they are not showing up. I have enabled all three and saved and published but they are still not visible.

Any suggestions?

Hi Rob,

I did all of that yesterday and the buttons have not shown up on the POS screen for the staff to utilize them.

Is there another solution or way to make this happen? I saved and published as well.

Gotcha. If the settings are enabled, you've saved and published. You could try a data re-sync; info below on how to do this. The next step would be contacting Toast support; they can look at your settings more closely. Once you've reached them, return here and post the solution!

So we just tried the resync and nothing changed.

So we finally got the buttons to work.

Under UI Options we had to set the Orders Send Only After Check is Paid Button to No then the Hold, Send and Stay Buttons Showed up!!

Finally Success!!

Did you enable them for both table service and Quick Order? There's 2 different areas to add this to.
