    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Ya'll,&lt;BR /&gt;Through the recent journey of adding Toast to a Marriott property, I have found Toast is not always up to speed nor is prepared to handle support needs with how to handle Marriott properties. I thought I would share some information that may be helpful to you in case you run into the same issue I did with adding/changing promos/discounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marriott now handles Discount/Promo creation and management through the GPOS team and you cannot do it yourself. If you need a discount/promo added or changed you will need to open a ticket up on Service Now:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://marriott.service-now.com/esc?id=sc_cat_item&amp;amp;table=sc_cat_item&amp;amp;sys_id=3150c96cdb1f8410b478502bdc961930&amp;amp;searchTerm=gpos" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;GPOS Support - Employee Center (service-now.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Their SLA/response standard is within 72 BUSINESS hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have a promo launching with a menu change or specific date if you include the info they can set it up with details in advance.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have an issue after deployment respond back to the ticket and they will prioritize it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
