Anyone else do their own accounting using Quickbooks Online (and also uses GrubHub/DoorDash) ?

I'm trying to figure out what i did wrong as when i run a P+L report for example, GrubHub shows as a negative # and Door Dash shows as a positive number. Doesn't make sense. I have them entered as the same category... help!

My guess is discounts didn't post from grubhub

@pizzaplacesf GH Loyalty , Promotions that are added on the merchant portal. Customer refunds. Doordash has these as Marketing Fees while I believe grubhub directly takes them off the check. Grubhub also pulls the entire budget and returns what is left over, while doordash charges per coversion
