Hello,

We have been on the Toast System for 7-months now. Our #1 issue with the KDS system does not allow Expo screen to bump individual items on a ticket, you can only bump the entire ticket. Yes, you can bump individual items on a ticket on the Make Station screen...but not the Expo Screen.....WHY?????? This BLOWS my mind, that no other Toast Users have this need.

Our Flow is such: Ticket displays on Make Station. Pizzaioli Makes the PIe, Launches in the oven and bumps that pie of the ticket. We have an Expo who runs the ovens. Ideally the Expo would be able to bump/check/cross out each item as it comes out of the oven, so they would always know what's on their screen is what should be in the oven. Switching to Toast from a VERY old former POS has been a nightmare on busy nights. Very curious how other PIzzerias are using the KDS to manage their flow???
