Why can’t I mark modifiers out of stock right now? Has something changed ?

If you're using Menu Manager, you'll need to click on Advanced Properties to get to the modifier itself, and not just the modifier group. Menu Manager doesn't show modifiers, only modifier groups, so if you're using the web to mark it out of stock, you need to go to Advanced Properties. On the POS itself, it's still the same via Quick Edit.

Thanks, and I’m talking about on the toast now app. I have 7 pizza locations, so for example if one runs out of green peppers, we usually can mark the modifier out of stock, by going under the inventory button in the app and searching it. For some reason, yesterday that changed and I could no longer do that, which is a major issue.

this is the message I just received , seems like some gaslighting going on by toast. I have been doing this since July of last year when I joined.

Sounds about right for them. I've been asking for a larger tablet, not these phone sized ones to take and process orders. I'm beginning to believe they don't ever go into the field and actually talk to us that use the system. I'd challenge the. To use the current handheld and take orders Ina a fast paced drive thru in the Texas heat. Also recently, random orders go on hold and aren't able to be ticked off the KDS and stay there all day and night into the following day. They've been gaslighting me for 2 weeks on it. I send videos and pictures and no resolution. They think they fix it but it just times out in a couple days and resolves itself. Meanwhile it takes up screen space.

that’s disappointing, and yes a larger held held would be awesome .

i can’t believe they took the modifier out of stock option away. A total nightmare!
