Financial Products - Chargeback functionality powered by GenAI

Auto-generated functionality is now live for challenging chargebacks!

With over 100 different reason codes for chargebacks, framing effective chargeback disputes and collecting evidence can be a challenge. Toast now uses generative AI to help auto-populate draft explanations for your review on each chargeback you choose to challenge. Simply initiate your chargeback and Toast will prepare a draft dispute explanation for you to review and submit, using specific data points like date, time, location, card number used, and more. Plus, receipts associated with the chargeback are auto-uploaded, reducing time spent on chargebacks to just a few minutes.
