Trying to Add a New Discount, but it won't appear on the POS system

I created a new type of Discount (Fixed 100% off Check), saved, and published. But its not appearing on the POS under the discount options. Anything I may be missing?

Make sure you are not selecting any items on the check when you hit the discount button, that would bring up item level discounts only. You just made a basic discount for 100% of entire check, with no changes to the default availability or the advanced settings?

That should already be installed on manager comp check
