Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to do 2 things:

assign specific menus to specific areas
- I'd like to have Happy Hour menu available only at the bar for people that use QR codes while sitting at the bar. I was told by Live Help agents that was not possible.
assign specific orders to specific printers
- People sitting on the patio will be sending orders only to the outside bar and not the main bar inside the restaurant. I was told that this is not possible.

Does anyone have any knowledge on how I could make this possible?

So you are using order and pay? Is it only at the bar or also the rest of the restaurant? It is possible to restrict a menu to order and pay but not just a specific area. You could restrict access to a happy hour menu to specific POS devices though.

You can definitely route a service area to a specific printer. You need to look at item routing for this. https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Print-Routing-by-Dining-Option scroll to reroute by service area.

You can GO ahead and set your QR Menus to be time specific and go ahead and just put the QR codes at the bar only. I have to look in detail if you can split it up
