Hi, how can we enable a function where after we key in all the customers order and the orders are printed to the kitchen, we want another print out at the ordering POS that shows a summary of all the items ordered by this customer. The purpose is so our staff can place this summary chit beside the table so everyone can see how many items the customer ordered and which items have not arrive at his table.

Try this, set a expediter printer and select "always print expediter tickets". It's under "Kitchen". So click on "Kitchen" on the left panel and scroll down.
