Somethings are missing in toast

1. The online chat is gone?

2. We can not start a tab with a credit card?

Live chat is still there, though not always available. Swipe card for tab works as far as I can tell, at least after hitting the tab button.

Live chat is not on my screen. I used it 2 days ago. Also I tried with the credit card and nope it does not work. I have a call to the 800 number...

You don't see the live support link? Can you share some pictures of what you are seeing, also of this 800 number screen?

If you could provide some images of what you are experiencing we can escalate to support. Also, the customer support number is (617) 682-0225, could you provide the 800 number you are seeing?

I can see why you say "the online chat is gone". They added couple more things to the Help & Resources list so the live chat is pushed all the way to the bottom of the list. With certain screen sizes and screen resolutions, you won't be able to scroll down to the bottom of the list so live chat is not visible to you. But it's there. I can't see the live chat button on my laptop. But i don't have this problem when using my phone or when I'm using my desktop. So I guess changing your screen to a higher resolution may help you with this issue.

I found out they renamed the chat to community tab and the credit card tab function is back. I know we called for this.
