Hi, We are able to down load some of the invoices but some do not take. We learn a little at a time but it is taking too long to get it functioning 100%. Looking for a single point person who can walk us through problems we have. Video is great when it all works the way it should but we find nothing has been that way.

I recommend registering for a live class here. They'll run through the basics and then open up for questions, so you'll be able to ask invoice questions there!
