Manager Access restricted when not on clock

Currently, anyone can use the pos without clocking in first. Is there a way to fix that?

Also, is there a way to restrict managers codes from being used if they are not on the clock?

The ability to use the POS without clocking in is controlled by the job assigned to employees, hourly is required to clock-in and salary is not.

You need to remove tipped form your job, You can still earn them but it must be deselcted

Will this disable the managers code (hourly mgrs) from being able to be used when they are off the clock ?

Thanks we have done that, but my main concern is our hourly managers code being used by other employees when they are off the clock. Is there away to restrict access ?

You can disable code on POS and require swipe cards only if you would like. You can make any card your swipe card that has a mag stripe (gift card, their credit card etc.)

your other option is to create a new employee and have it be your MOD have that one person hold the card

or if they want to use their numbers and you want to track which manager did the change you can have 2 accounts for each manager 1 with swipe only with full permissions and one with their number that has less permissions which in turn will require them to swipe for manager activities
