Employees Unable to Log-in/Log-out

Within the previous 2-3 weeks we're suddenly having a problem where employees can't login or logout without a manager first logging in and then logging out. When the employee tries to log in, the message pops up, "unauthorized user". It's happening on multiple terminals and seemingly to random employees. I have reset all the terminals, resynched all the data on each and the problem is still happening. Every day I'm having to go in and adjust time cards because of this. Any help?

Have you also cleared the app cache? If not I would close the app (square button and swipe away), clear cache, and then resync data again.

Haven't done that. Where do you clear the cache? And would that effect all of our terminals? Because it's happening everywhere.

It could, If you hit the circle home icon on the bottom of the screen there is a link to clear cache there.
