Hi all I was checking to see if anyone has set up or knows how to set up different menus for either different users or different job's. We are a nightclub who charges an entry fee so I want to add a way the door persons can ring up the entry through a POS but they don't need to be able to see the rest of the bar menu that the bartenders need and vice versa (trying to keep it simple for the staff).

Yeah you could do it, you would need to make a menu for just the door fee, and then make all of your menus hidden (not visible to POS), then per device under the device setup unhide the menus you want to be visible. For example, on the POS the door person uses you would just unhide the Door fee menu. More on hiding menus here https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Showing-Hidden-Menus-on-Select-Devices
