Ticket not bump-able

Hello fellow Toast users

I have a ticket that cannot be bumped from the KDS screens— neither the ones on the line, nor the expo one. There are other items from the same table (different tickets and check numbers), that CAN be bumped.

Help!

Have you tried to resync order?

Oddly enough, we turned off that KDS screen once we were done the dinner rush, and when we turned it back on, the ticket disappeared from ALL kitchen screens!

But... I think your idea would have worked and I will be remembering this for "next time." (Hopefully there ISNT a next time!).
