Ticket printing

Hello Toast team!

I have ONE server whos bar tickets have printed ALL DAY to the expo printer.

Bar drinks are routed in the menu to print to the bar printer.
We have restarted (and reset!) the bar printer (which oddly is printing fine for everyone else!).
I verified that the backup printer for the bar is the second (patio side) bar printer.

I checked this server's Toast2Go and don't see any setting which could lead to her tickets going to the wrong printer. We then issued her a DIFFERENT Toast2Go, but she is getting the same result.

Any ideas?

Does the patio side bar printer also have a backup printer setup? If so does it happen to be the expo?

Also do you use an access point for wifi or the built in wifi of the router?

I checked but no, the backup was not expo.

I finally found the reason: for some reason all "patio" tables were set to print to "expo"
