Do the 3rd party delivery partners take a % of sales? or do they just tack on an additional fee? If a customer order $100 food, do we get 100% of our sales or do the 3rd party take a cut?

Hey, @Thomas808, this might depend on which delivery partners you are using, but DoorDash appears to have the fees baked into the Net Sales. If you let me know which 3rd parties you're using, I can check them!

Most people add a percentage to their prices to cover the cost.

The "big 3" (DD, GH & UE) all charge a percentage of sales. We use menu-specific pricing to maintain two separate price structures; one for in-store and Toast online, and another for 3rd party delivery providers that is increased by ~20% to offset commission. We have >80 locations, so we get some flexibility in negotiating that commission rate.
