We are setting up toast for the first time. We have some issues.

1) Every time we hit SEND it displays and order time and then order date popup. This is for dine in. How do we get rid of these popups?

2) Fulfillment notifications are not going to the toast go handheld. Just the terminal. It is currently setup to go to the server so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Is #1 on every device?

For #2 what mode is the go set to by default? Quick Order or Table Service? Table service and quick order fulfillment notifications are set independently.

Thanks, check that notifications under notification setup are enabled for fulfilment. Might have just turned on SMS alerts under kitchen setup. For the date prompt, under dining options, make sure future is not checked for dine in.
