As far as I am aware, employee cards are not yet available in the UK. The managers are using codes, which the servers observe and copy. I can not control when managers apply discounts when they should not because the managers say "I was not present - it must have been a server that copied my code".

A basic requirement of a till system is to identify theft in the system and provide timely and accurate controls. I feel Toast is failing in this regard.

Surely this is a problem with other businesses in the UK? Has this not occurred in the USA?

you can create a coupon code for your discount and change the code from time to time.
