Is there a way to have a single ticket print for all items just for call in orders? I believe this is like using the expediter function, but filtered by dining option.

I believe it can be done with "item routing", which can re-route tickets to a designated printer by dining option. With some tweaks, it may do what you are looking for.

I'm not sure this is going to do what I need it to do. Right now we have four prep stations...two with printers and two with KDS. Will I need to make reroutes for all four stations? And will that print four separate tickets at that printer?

What we're after is to continue to have each prep station get its ticket but print one ticket for the order at one of the printers. This seems like an expediter function, but we only want it to happen (for now) on call in orders. I don't see the ability to set up the expediter function to be filtered like that.
