TOAST Go notifications

The order fulfilled notifications do not show up on the toast go when it is in standby mode. How do we fix that besides turning off standby mode?

So this is a much bigger issue. I've determined they need to be logged in so we can not exit to the login screen. That's fine but notifications are still slow.
