Grubhub phone number replaces customer number on tickets

We have a grubhub integration and our delivery tickets used to have the customers phone number on top. For a couple of days now this has changed and it's now the grubhub support number on the tickets. We've called support and of course grubhub blames Toast and Toast blames grubhub. Help! Our delivery drivers need to call the customer sometimes when they reach the house.

Hi there @rodeak, this is Nikhil with Toast. Sorry to hear that this is happening to you!

There should be a setting in Toast Web to modify guest receipts. From the left menu, Payments > Checks & Receipt Setup > Guest receipt setup, and there should be a setting for what details are printed on takeout and delivery orders. Is that setting set to include all guest details? Here's the Toast Central article about that.
