New POS category Layout options

Is it possible to be able to have different menu category options. Such as having the categories vertical and the menu items horizontal? This would make the screen cleaner looking when doing modifications.

Also, we like the dark mode but the colors for the buttons become ugly and dulled compared to bright mode. Is there a way to have the same colors on dark mode as light mode?

currently we only have one location but when we had two, it would have been nice to have a way to do multi-unit menu changes instead of having to go back and forth between location dashboards.

There is the new open view if that is what you mean, but might not work for every menu or require some rearranging.

It's under "device setup" on your POS. Scroll down to the section call "Order Screen". You need corresponding permission to change the setting.

We use Open View to accomplish this. Since it is by terminal, we have locations where the bartenders prefer the old view, so they get to keep that, but the servers have the Open View. Wish it was something we could control on the device, but from the web. Maybe that'll come someday.
