We take the order days sometimes weeks prior to the date the order is due for. However when I pull up the ticket it says under "opened" the date the order is due not the actual date it was opened. And that is a very good questions. I don't think the system tells you when a scheduled order is input. If you take a lot of scheduled orders and would like to know when an order is received and input into system, check out "customer invoices".
