Are you saying the button itself on the pos is missing or a specific discount is not showing up in the list of options?

I had a similar question a while back but received no response. Mine was specifically the discount button not showing up when highlighting menu items that have been split between multiple seats, so when they are in a fraction form. Not sure if this is the same case with either of you, but I would still love any guidance I can get on this

I have not had that issue, but we have also not had that particular scenario come up yet.

I do have to say that I am not entirely satisfied with the responses as none of the buttons are showing up still
