Server suggestive sales reporting

I would like to run suggestive sales contest with my server. Like the old days. Is there a good reporting way to check their sales stats for the contest. I just not finding a way to see this in toast.

Assuming it is a specific item or items, use the sales breakdown report, and view item name by server.

It seems like this should be easier to do, but the best solution we've found has been to crunch the number ourselves by exporting an Item Details report, then applying pivot tables to the data to determine sales for the desired item(s) by server.
