Solutions for different Revenue streams - shipping, web and inventory

We have a large operation with mixed revenue streams. The restaurant, bar and even the retail are pretty straightforward to roll into Toast but am wondering if anyone has found solutions out there for web business that includes shipping? We also have thousands of skus as we have a large wine inventory. Any advice would be appreciated here - the ERP system in use for the inventory is very costly and extremely, not user friendly.

Hi Matt,

We have the exact same question. Have you made any headway here? We want to ship our soups, prepared items and fresh fish. Pre Covid we did it with Pinnacle Cart but it does not integrate with Toast or Restaurant 365, it was expensive and hard to maintain two platforms. We are working to change from FedEx to UPS, as Fedex will no longer guaranteed any shipments. Would love to follow up with you here, or feel free to email me at kathi@turners-seafood.com. Hi all, same question. Am curious if either of you have found anything new out? Also, what do you currently do for a shipping solution? I have no idea where to start here but I am having zero luck determining if it is even possible to offer online shipping through our toast store.
