Order Ready Display Timing Out

As of about 3-weeks ago our Order Ready display now randomly goes blank after 10-14 minutes. It worked great up until then. When the screen does go blank, If you press an arrow button on the remote, it comes back on for another 10-14mins. We tested other apps on the firestick and none of them timeout. Anyone else having this issue?
