Good afternoon everyone! I am stuck and having a hard time finding the answer anywhere. Currently when any item is sent back to the kitchen at the top of the each ticket "Fire with a counting time" is displayed and im trying to remove this. Ive seen other toast kitchen displays where it has the feature turned off with some replaced with "DINE IN" does anyone know how to turn this feature off?

Assuming servers send right to the kitchen and they are not fired by an expediter I would assume maybe you have "enable item fire by prep time" enabled under kitchen settings > meal pacing > item pacing

By removing this though i will not be able to have items sent to the kitchen based on cook time though correct?

Correct, I wasn't sure if you used them or not, I thought that it might have been turned on accidentally and you had no prep times configured.

If your main concern is the lack of 'dine in' showing, I don't think fire time should be replacing it, check your kitchen setup https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/kitchen/setup first option, is include dining option even if default turned on?

My main concern is removing the "FIRE" in huge red letters across the top of every order sent back. Here is an example in the first part of the pic. I tried turning off fire by prep time with no luck. But it was something that i had not thought of trying yet so i appricate the suggestion.
