topic Menu Setup - No Single Point of Reference in Restaurant Operations

Purchased a restaurant early last year and the setup is completely insane. There are a ton of "Sides" modifiers that have completely different lists and are applied differently across the menu. I went through and did a massive amount of cleanup, however the original problem still exists, there is not a one-stop place to setup a modifier (sides, dressings, etc). This represents a massive data integrity issue and even thinking you have this figured out and managed, quickly find out you don't. I would also suspect that since Toast is web/cloud based, this also has to kill their servers!
