Using Toast Go for offsite and offline payment processing, anyone have experience with that?

We want to be able to process cards offsite and offline for a mobile bar. We use Toast countertop at the restaurant, is the Toast Go a similar setup for its menu? Is it reliable and easy for customer to use contactless payments? We plan on keeping the Toast Go at the bar, the bartender uses it to input order, and customer uses it to process payment.
