https://community.toasttab.com/t5/restaurant-operations/tip-claiming/m-p/8380#M3478 <P>Hello everyone,</P><P>I am about a week in a half into learning toast operations as a GM.&nbsp; We are a small cafe and bar coming off of R Power.&nbsp; The way we operate is there is one bartender in charge of a drawer and is responsible for tipping everyone out at the end of the shift.&nbsp; &nbsp;They would track tips under each persons name and when punching out, claim those tips under each employee who was working.&nbsp; After the bartender punched the amount in under each employee, the ending amount would equal whatever tips they were walking with.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>Ex: $200 cc tips</P><P>Emp 1: $50.
