I don't think it would cause a conflict, but if its just a single level expeditor setup and they are both expeditors if a ticket is accidentally fulfilled on one it will disappear from the other as well. If you keep a note of the check numbers and dates when it occurs you could use the audit tools to see if that was the case or not.

I have been having an issue lately where we seem to be loosing checks off our expo screen. The servers are ringing them in just fine, and it seems to be popping up on the correct prep stations, being made and fulfilled, but once the check is completely fulfilled , it seems to vanish. We only notice once the server is looking for it as it has been to long for the food. When we look for it, it is nowhere to be found on the expo screen, but all the food is cooked.

Don't know if anyone has had a similar issue before, but customer care hasn't been able to help much.

Do you have just one expo KDS? No others setup as expeditor?

Yes. We have a second one we use for high volume. Could that be causing a conflict?
