topic employees at multiple locations in Restaurant Operations

We have 3 locations within our biz, we have had a few go between locations. I always add them as a new employee to the location they are going to. I was looking to see if there was an option to add that employee to all locations and I found it under the employee edit user and then account info but every time I try to click update employee access to all locations it does not work. Does anyone know how to get this fixed?

Make sure you have multilocation management (MLM) turned on for your restaurant group

Employees > select employee > edit > restaurant access and choose the locations you want that employee to have access to.
