Show estimated time on Order Ready Board

Hey all, going live with toast in 2 weeks

How does one go about getting the order ready board to display an estimated ready time? I've tried setting a few orders as scheduled but they only pop up on the order ready board when they are fufilled. If they are not scheduled it just says almost done.

Also is there a way to automatically set the tab dining option to something when a certain items are added to the order? We only want orders that get sent to the kitchen to display on the order ready board, not orders that only have items that are premade. When we are busy I fear that setting the dining option will be a forgotten step.

I had the dining option behavior configured as dine in and not take out, the estimated time now shows up!
