This might be answered and I just cant locate it. But is there a way to force a name entry when guests are putting on orders on kiosk.

Go to:

-Front of House

-Mobile Dining Solutions

-Kiosk Setup

Scroll all the way down to Dining Options Setup and then Guest Communication

Thank you for this answer! This must be an upgrade that Toast did because before you could only select 1 option - either enter your name, or enter your text number for notification. Now it will let you select both. This is so helpful!
