Hey all, Does anyone have experience sending individual item tickets to just a Prep Station KDS, and have the full order ticket display on the Expo KDS? If so, how do you configure that? Thanks!

Tickets -- printed or KDS screen?

If KDS screen, here's how we run the system. We have 4 prep stations; Grill, Fryer, Bun Prep, Drinks.

If the order contains Burger, Fry and Drink

I have it set to send All items to the Bun Prep (visually we use this as a "Food Expo" this position gathers all the food items), but Grill will only get Burger, Fry Prep will get the fry, and Drink Prep will only get drink. You need to make sure you have independant fulfillment selected and I also have the system to show which other prep stations are working on the order this shows at the bottom of the ticket on the screen. Each prep station will complete their piece, on the expo screen a green dot will appear to the left of the item on the screen showing the prep station has completed thier piece.

In Kitchen Setup, set the option for Individual Tickets for every item in an order to Print and show individual tickets on the kitchen display system device
