Hey Loren! Your case is open and the agent in charge of the case is a Tier 2 agent, they have just reached back out to you asking for more information to solve! Should we move the case to a manager it will take more time to solve since a manager will give it right back to a Tier 2 agent.
If speaking to a manager is more important I can work to try to move the case but this will prolong the process to solve the issues, for more information please reach out via Dm's!

WE HAVE ASKED FOR TO SPEAK TO MANAGERS. WE HAVE ASKED FOR MONTHS THE SYSTEM HAS ISSUES ALMOST DAILY !!!!!

YOUR SECOND TIER HAS NOT MADE ANY HEADWAY WITH ANY OF THE CHECK OR ORDER S PROVIDED
