    <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like you already have servers firing courses individually so they should be getting a popup asking which course to send and hold the others. If they are not being prompted to choose what course to fire it is possible you do not have any courses setup, in that case yeah you probably don't need course pacing enabled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>How to send items without sending everything on hold</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sure this has been asked before. When we have items on hold, how do we add something, such as a drink, without sending the entire ticket before we are ready? Another post mentioned "meal pacing" options so perhaps this is a setting. I remember reading that there was an update to help with this issue. We have been sending the entire ticket just so we can add a beer, then running to the kitchen and telling them to wait on it.&amp;nbsp;Any help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay I did not have that button (individually hold and send items) enabled, but what about the message on the bottom about course pacing. I do have course pacing enabled but I'm not clear on whether we need it.
