Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone could assist in explaining the Close Out Report. I am wanting to know if I can Close Out the report twice in one day since I have two shifts?

No, end of day is end of the business day, you would use shift review for shift changes.

Were you able to find out something that works? I am new to Toast and having the same issue. We count our cash drawers at the end of both shifts as well.

@daisydiaz You need to use shift reviews to close out the drawers each shift and the Closeout Report for the full day. We also offer training about how to do all of these functions. More info is below! Also, welcome to Toast!
