A lot of times we have features on our in-store menu that don’t work on 3P systems. For example, we’re a pizza place, so a lot of the half n half and any charge by size stuff doesn’t work well on those services, including Toast online. So, we split ours by having the pizzas rung up slightly different if it’s an online order and use our 3P menu for that.

I’m also not aware of a way to auto-increase the cost of all items on most 3P services. DoorDash does it, but Uber and Grubhub do not. Curious if you have found a way to do that…

What is the value in having a 3PO menu? It seems redundant since third party delivery companies can mark up the menu items on their platforms.

Are you asking what is the value of having a separate 3PO menu from your regular menu?
