In the Toast Classroom xtraCHEF Product Catalog video, the video shows the ability to assign an inventory unit to a product's invoice items.

Unfortunately, when I am reviewing invoice items in my product catalog, I do not have the option to assign an inventory unit to an invoice item. Was the inventory unit option removed from xtraCHEF?
